Practical reviews, design guidance and prioritised recommendations for more inclusive environments.
Explore consultancyZensory helps organisations understand, improve and demonstrate sensory accessibility through consultancy, accreditation, training and practical design.
Grounded in lived experience, evidence and real-world implementation.
Every review is shaped around the venue, its people and how the space is used.
The focus varies from venue to venue. We turn what we observe into clear priorities and practical improvements for that particular environment.
Inclusion is not measured by intention.

Zensory began with a portable, customisable weighted lap pad created in response to a real need at home. Work with families, schools, healthcare and venues soon revealed a wider problem: many environments had never been designed with sensory accessibility in mind.
That insight transformed Zensory from an innovative product company into an organisation helping shape more accessible environments through consultancy, accreditation and education.
Bronze, Silver and Gold recognise different stages of progress, from establishing strong foundations to embedding sensory accessibility across an organisation.

The foundations are in place, with barriers identified and a practical improvement plan agreed.

Meaningful improvements are visible across the environment, the experience and everyday practice.

Sensory accessibility is embedded, monitored and supported by continuous improvement.
“How does this environment actually feel for someone experiencing it?”
